If you’ve been spending much time on the most popular social networking site, you had probably noticed that Facebook Chat feature had been shut down the other day.
It was because of the major privacy loophole that allowed FB users to view their friends’ active chat sessions, and add-friend requests.
The flaw was caused by a bug in which users were able to access friend request and “private” chat sessions through Facebook’s view as privacy feature. It’s a feature that allows you to see how your profile looks to most people or specific friends on FB. Enjoy using Facebook!
However, Facebook has already resolved the issue. The chat is back again and users’ privacy is now more secure.
