Google Allows Users to Customize Homepage Background

Search engines continue to compete for better user experience. We first saw it on Bing, but now we can also have it on Google.
If Bing’s background image change dynamically almost everyday, Google users can also customize iGoogle homepage background. That means users can either add their favorite photo or image to the background of the Google homepage, choose a photo from the computer, from Picasa Web Album or from a public gallery hosted by Picasa which includes a selection of beautiful photos.

How to change Google homepage background?

Changing your Google homepage background is very easy. At Google homepage, click on the link “Change background image” located on the lower left of the website. You will be required to login to your Google account. Once logon, you will be prompted with a window where you can personalize the background image for your Google homepage. That’s it!
