If we take it from the rumor mill, we will be seeing 2 iPhones this year sporting two different screen sizes, a 4.7 inch iPhone 6 and a 5.7 inch new iPhone. And to top it all, rumors are claiming that we will see the the iPhone 6 come June. More details after the break!
According to Chinese analyst Sun Chang Xu, Apple will unveil 2 iPhone sizes this year at the June 10 WWDC. The iPhone 6 is said to sport a 4.7 inch screen with the same 640 x 1136 resolution found on the current iPhone 5S, while the other iPhone will sport a bigger 5.7 inch screen with a slightly higher 1080 x 1920 resolution.
The 4.7 incher iPhone 6 is said to hit the production shelves by May, will sport the same 8 megapixel camera found on the its predecessor, but is housed in a shell as thin as 6mm (see the rumored thin new frame of the iPhone 6 we posted almost 2 weeks ago) and is said to be available shortly after the WWDC announcement. The bigger 5.7-incher iPhone on the other hand is said to be available a few weeks to months after the release of the 4.7 inch iPhone 6.
At the end of the day, all of these are just rumors until they get announced officially by Apple, so let’s all stay tuned in the coming months. [via]
