Gigabyte unveils the Aorus notebook line for gaming, packs dual GPUs and measures under an inch thick!

It was the company Razer who first aimed to fit a gaming laptop into a very thin body with the Razer Blade. And just very recently, Gigabyte unveiled at the CES 2014 a new line of gaming notebooks that are housed in a very thin profile–the Gigabyte Aorus series.

Weighing at just 2.9kg or 6.4 pounds with a thickness of 22.9 mm or 0.9 inches, the new Gigabyte Aorus X7 is certainly not as light and thin as the Macbook Air–or even the Macbook Pro 15 inch retina for that matter. But, these numbers are very much amazing considering what the 17.3 inch Aorus packs inside. Powered by a quad-core 4th generation Intel Core i7-4700HQ running at 2.4 to 3.4GHz with up to 32 GB of RAM plus a dual NVIDIA GTX 765M GPUs in SLI configuration, this is the ultimate gaming notebook in a very thin, full aluminum chasis a gamer can wish for.

The main difference of the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 from the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 aside from the very subtle weight difference ( 7 grams) is the addition of the S Pen Stylus on the former, giving it additional features exclusive to the Note line. Both the SGN Pro 12.2 and SGT Pro 12.2 sports a 3 GB of RAM, while both the SGT Pro 10.1 and Pro 8.4 comes with a slightly slower 2 GB of RAM.
