Windows 8 developer preview has been sitting for a while now since Microsoft gave us more sneak peek of its features during the company’s “Build” event last year. This time however, it appears that the Redmond-based software giant will make its next version of Windows available for download to end-users on February 29th, a leap day.
According to several reports, Microsoft will release Windows 8 Consumer Preview (or Windows 8 Beta) at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona – the fact that was confirmed after the company sent out event invitations to the media.
