Bing Powers Facebook Search

When Bing was launched last June 2009, Microsoft has already been into partnerships with several companies.
These include Bing and Yahoo partnership, Nokia and Microsoft business deal, and the open book alliance. And now, Microsoft is collaborating with Facebook to power the search of the most popular social networking site.

Jon Tinter – General Manager of Bing said in a blog post:

Facebook and MicrosoftFacebook has been a close and valued partner of Microsoft for a number of years. We have worked together on several fronts all designed to create great experiences and services for our users. As we begin 2010, we are stepping up that collaboration yet again.
