An unverified cellular phone was spotted on one of the classical comedy films in 1928. I, myself can’t also explain what I’ve seen on the video below. Not unless the video was edited.
But why the heck George Clarke of Yellow Fever Productions would do that? That doesn’t make any sense, does it?
Simply put that specified scene was indeed caught from Charlie Chaplin’s film, The Circus – how can you explain that there’s already a cell phone back in 1928? There exists a time machine? Oh, I only see that on fictional movies. The first handheld mobile phone ever recorded was that in 1973 by Motorola’s Martin Cooper, who just switched to Droid early this year. So the rumors of time travel existence due to a sneaking cell phone on the film is something that would really make you think if that’s for real or not.
