Firefox 5 Available for Download via FTP

Firefox 5 Available for Download via FTP

Mozilla is set to release the final build of the latest version of its web browser come June 21st, exactly three months after Firefox 4 download went official.

The latest version, Mozilla Firefox 5, will be available for download on Tuesday – but it seems some Firefox users will get a head start using it as the download links via FTP servers have been slipped ahead of the schedule.

Firefox 5 has no major changes in the UI which is actually a good thing if you’re used to FF4. Instead, the latest major release will offer more stability and improvements to several existing features of FF4. We’ll try to uncover what’s new in the latest version once the release goes official.

It’s exciting to note that Mozilla will release four major versions of the Firefox browser this year. The first one was in March (Firefox 4), and will be followed by Firefox 5 next week. Check out FTP download links below (English versions).
