Fujitsu Philippines unveiled its newest additions to its selection of cloud solutions in response to the growing demand in Visayas and Mindanao.
Fujitsu Philippines Inc. president and CEO Raul “Cricket” Santiago III noted the “stellar” growth of the cloud market in the VisMin region, especially in Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod and Davao, where organizations have access to the necessary security, infrastructure, government policies, and labor pool needed for cloud adoption.
In a press briefing at Radisson Blu on March 15, Santiago said that Fujitsu saw the need for a more comprehensive array of cloud solutions to meet the demands of both its existing and potential clients that have now realized the benefits of new cloud models.
As a leading IT systems integrator and solutions provider, Fujitsu has stayed true to its goal of bringing its cloud solutions closer to the region, with its existing data centers in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu. The location of these data centers were chosen to improve latency and follow industry regulations. It also has satellite offices in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Davao.
Fujitsu has public, private and hybrid cloud solutions designed to facilitate the companies’ cloud adoption process at a faster rate, lower cost, and greater agility. It also offers IT services that do away with complex software and hardware, allowing companies to avail of these services with a short lead time.
The IT solutions provider has pre-integrated and tested cloud infrastructure for companies that need their own data center, allowing for more savings and faster implementation. It also offers cutting-edge IT solutions and services to the rest of the country and guarantees quality with the integration of Japanese IT design and technology into its storage, server, and other hardware solutions.
“With over 40 years of relevant experience in the local market, Fujitsu has already established positive results for our cloud customers nationwide. We want to continue shaping a better future in these emerging markets by driving business agility, greatest cost-efficiencies and rapid innovation for organizations wherever they may be in their cloud adoption journey,” Santiago said.
