Here comes again another Silverlight Twitter app brought by the same folks who created Twitterlight, the Claritycon.

Gadfly is a Silverlight Twitter client and a pioneer in featuring a Silverlight Out-of-Browser installation experience. Gadfly comes with a community-wide tweet rating system, supports multiple accounts, custom groups, etc.

3. Tweet Cheat Bar – contains shortcut buttons allowing you to quickly start a mention, reply, retweet, DM, and etc.
4. Auto Suggestion – the essay way to find friends on the list just by typing “@” sign or “d “ (d with space) in the status text box
5. Out-of-Browser Support – that means you can install Gadfly Twitter client on your computer, or run it without using web browsers
6. Tweet Ratings – this basically allows users to rate tweets or tweeters based on your personal likes and dislikes
