Google Chrome 4.0 for Windows Released with Extensions and Bookmark Sync Update

Last week, Mozilla developers released the most stable version of the open-source web browser, the Firefox 3.6 with a promising excellent speed of 3x of Firefox 3.0 and 20% faster then Firefox 3.5.
Today, Google introduces a new stable release of Google Chrome for Windows, which includes the two of the Chrome’s most frequently requested features- the Extensions and Bookmark sync.

With the new stable release, all Google Chrome users on PCs are said to access over 1,500 new features, through the new extension system. Published on Google blog, “Extensions let you add new features and functions to your browser. Some provide one-click access to some of your favorite web applications or news and information sources.” Bookmark sync on the other hand is “a handy feature for those who uses several computers — say, a laptop at work and a desktop at home. You can enable bookmark sync to synchronize your bookmarks on all of your computers so that when you create a bookmark on one computer, it’s automatically added across all your computers.”
