You can’t notice this in Google US homepage, or even at Google homepage in your location.
At least I confirmed that the new Google logo today is composed of bouncing balls, same color as the original logo. I am trying to figure out what is the hidden message behind it, but I don’t get any clue yet. Take a look at this:

When you hover your mouse in the logo, the balls bounce and scatter, and then return back to their positions forming the original Google logo. As of this writing, I verified it myself that it can be seen in UK and France homepage. Are you seeing this in your location?
Do you have any idea what is the hidden message of the logo or doodle today?
