Rebate is in the form of free call, text, and mobile browsing. Globe said they will be sending SMS to subscribers no later than May 17th as soon as the special service is available for use.
It turned out May 17th had passed already and still I didn’t receive any SMS personally notifying me about the offer. Though I’m not expecting much of the free mobile browsing they are supposed to offer, the point is Globe should assure the said special service will certainly happen and be done according to promised schedule. Because on the very least, we can say Globe really values its customer. But the fact that until now there’s no word about the offer, I doubt if I still have to believe similar offers in the future.
Being said that, I thought I’m just fooled. And the loyal CTB readers and Globe subscribers particularly in the Visayas and Mindanao regions who read my post about the rebates they can expect, I think you’re just fooled too. Not unless you did received your rebates from the telco. So, do you have it?
