Eric Kim- Senior VP of Intel, recently announced the next generation of CE SoC Intel processors. First SOC with Atom Processor core innovated, called Intel Atom Processor CE4100, which is the very first Intel delivery of the 45nm generation, single chip SoC.
CE4100 is optimized to bring internet contents to digital TV’s, DVD players, set-top boxes, etc.

Intel Atom Processor CE4100 is expected to be fully backward-compatible with the CE3100. CE4100 supports 1080p decode, high-end audio, and also supports MPEG4. Its 2D/3D Graphics Clock Speed has been doubled and comes with integrated uncompressed 1080p A/V capture and integrated NAND Controller. It support DDR2 and DDR3 memory modules.
