Yes, you read it right. Critics on Facebook’s privacy policy declared the 31st of May as the official “Quit Facebook Day”.
Facebook has been receiving several criticisms from security experts because of its privacy policies. Despite making some changes, privacy advocates believe that Facebook need to do more or still need to modify its policies.

The website quitfacebookday.com was created inviting existing Facebook users to commit of quiting FB. It says, “If you agree that Facebook doesn’t respect you, your personal data or the future of the web, you may want to join us.”

Quitting Facebook isn’t just easy as the pie. The fact is, Facebook is engaging, enjoyable, and addictive. Quitting from this popular social networking website needs a thorough understanding of the causes why you really need to quit from using it.
