Week after week, different leaks and rumors on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5 come out, adding more fuel to everyone’s anticipation for the next Samsung flagship. Another leaked photo surfaced, this time a bottom part of a device’s box, allegedly of the SG S5. Check the photo after the break, as well as the specs listed.
Specs are listed on the photo by SamsungGalaxyS5.nl believed to be the box of the upcoming SG S4 successor. Just like what an analyst from KDB Daewoo Securities detailed, the specs found on the box includes a screen estate of 5.25″ Super AMOLED display and 3 GB of RAM.
The box also indicates a device powered by a 2.5GHz quad core processor, which is similar to what an analyst from KGI suggested, Ming-Chi Kuo. There’s also a 4G LTE with Cat4 150Mbps support we mentioned on a separate post, as suggested by the latest Unpacked5 event invite Samsung sent to the press. Finally, there’s the 20 megapixel main camera, plus a 2 megapixel front shooter, and a Smart Remote function.
What we don’t see here is the inclusion of a fingerprint biometrics reader, but of course, the photo doesn’t show the complete specs of the mystery device. Only Samsung knows if the box is really the Galaxy S5’s, so let’s all just keep on guessing and wait for the Unpacked5 event happening on the 24th of February in Barcelona, Spain. [via]
