It seems that triple SIM capable phones are somehow big in Brazil. Last week, we wrote about the triple SIM capable LG Optimus L1 II Tri. And now, the Korean tech giant outs their answer to LG–the Samsung Galaxy Star Trios.

Galaxy Star Trios

Aside from the triple SIM support, the SG Star Trios features a small 3.14 inch QVGA screen upfront. Under the hood, there’s the 1GHz single core processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of  internal memory expandable via a microSD card, 2 megapixel camera and a battery capacity of 1300 mAh.

Priced at around $165 (or around Php 7,400), the SG Star Trios is now available in Brazil with Black and White color options. No word yet for other markets, but if it reaches the Philippine shores, it will surely be a hit among those who’s into phones with multiple SIM support, and if the phone is priced sub-6k.
