Gigabyte unveils the Aorus notebook line for gaming, packs dual GPUs and measures under an inch thick!

It was the company Razer who first aimed to fit a gaming laptop into a very thin body with the Razer Blade. And just very recently, Gigabyte unveiled at the CES 2014 a new line of gaming notebooks that are housed in a very thin profile–the Gigabyte Aorus series.

Weighing at just 2.9kg or 6.4 pounds with a thickness of 22.9 mm or 0.9 inches, the new Gigabyte Aorus X7 is certainly not as light and thin as the Macbook Air–or even the Macbook Pro 15 inch retina for that matter. But, these numbers are very much amazing considering what the 17.3 inch Aorus packs inside. Powered by a quad-core 4th generation Intel Core i7-4700HQ running at 2.4 to 3.4GHz with up to 32 GB of RAM plus a dual NVIDIA GTX 765M GPUs in SLI configuration, this is the ultimate gaming notebook in a very thin, full aluminum chasis a gamer can wish for. PlayStation Now: A New Era of PlayStation Begins

The tech giant have introduced PlayStation Now; a cloud-based gaming service, which will operate from clouds and thus will be able to bring PS games to PS3, PS4, PlayStation Vita; and even to smartphones, tablets and TVs.

As being run from distant data centers the games will no longer have to be operated on your local handheld devices. Instead they will run on distant cloud-data centers and will stream compressed video of the game to your device screen. Next, Intel also announced partnership with fashion industry players and its introduction to “Jarvis” and “Edison” caught massive attention.
