2014 might just be the year for Chromebooks as more laptop manufacturers are joining the Chrome OS-based budget friendly laptops this year. One of these manufacturers happens to be Lenovo.
The Beijing, China-based multinational technology company was deemed a winner on the July 2013 IDC report on PC sales, and this year, Lenovo is reported to be planning aggressively on further expanding their Chromebook line come summer, covering different price ranges. Jay Parker, the North American operations President for Lenovo, uttered that “I think Chromebooks can be very impactful in the market really quickly. We believe the market will accelerate greatly in the next 12 months.” (more…)
