Globe Introduces the Galaxy Forever Plan, Explore a new Samsung Galaxy Phone every year

With the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S5 in the Philippines held last April 3, 2014 at the Samsung Hall of the SM Aura Premier in Bonifacio Global City, Globe announced yesterday a new range of postpaid plans dedicated for the latest Samsung Galaxy flagship smartphone.

Globe Galaxy Forever

The Galaxy Forever Plan, as Globe calls it, is pretty much like the Globe iPhone Forever Plan the telco introduced last year for the iPhone 5S and 5C. Available for both new and existing Globe postpaid subscribers, the Galaxy Forever plan allows them to upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphone every year, whenever a new one gets released in the country.

Globe’s Pre-Order Page for the Samsung Galaxy S5 goes Live! Coming on April 10!

Ever since Samsung unveiled the much hyped Galaxy S5 about two weeks ago during the Unpacked5 event at the 2014 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, a lot of people have already expressed their desire for the new Samsung flagship phone, as expected. Globe Telecom is the first telco in the country to announce that they are bringing the new Galaxy S5 through the pre-order page of the device on their website.

Although both Globe and Samsung are yet to disclose the official retail price of the Galaxy S5, as of writing, 675 people have already registered with Globe for the device. Samsung Hits and Misses with the Galaxy S5; Is the new Galaxy S flagship worth the Upgrade?

Although the 2014 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona isn’t done yet, probably the announcement everyone had their eyes on was with Samsung’s Unpacked5 event, in which the Korean tech giant finally unveiled as expected the most talked about 2014 MWC smartphone release–the Galaxy S5. Samsung did not just give the new Galaxy S flagship an aesthetic refresh, but internal tweaks and new features as well, compared to its predecessor. The SGS5 even boasts features that are present with other phones from different brands, but is definitely new for the Galaxy line.
