TeamViewer | Remote Access and Support over the Internet

Want to provide technical support to your friends, family, or even your clients over the internet?

Let us say, they’re in abroad or in the province, or simply -they’re in a remote place. Even if you’re away from their computer, you can still manage to do the job as long as there’s an internet connection. Though there are lot of software available to use, but most of these stuff need a lot of setup and configuration – not even to mention the installation required.
Teamviewer Remote Access

I would suggest you download TeamViewer 4. It’s a fast and friendly solution for a remote support. With the Teamviewer 4, you can take control any remote computer connected over the internet even if you are located behind security firewalls! While teamviewer offers desktop sharing, functionality is still very simple to use.

On your computer, you run the Teamviewer supporter module while the customer only needs a small executable without necessary installation. The customer or your client only opens the free Teamviewer QuickSupport module. Over the phone or through chat, you asks your customer for the PartnerID and the auto-generated password from the QuickSupport Module. Then you enters the transmitted data, and then the connection will be established immediately! All data traffic is fully encrypted and secure.

Very simple right? Unlike other remote access software, you don’t need to have some complicated configurations for you to connect remote computer. Try it! It’s really great.
