Terrafugia Transition First Flying Car

We’ve seen this in movies. Some of us dreamed it will come to reality.
And now, that dream comes true as a US venture company said that a first flying car named Terrafugia Transition would be sold by 2011.

The Transition by Terrafugia is a roadable aircraft, an airplane that can take off and land from any airport, and with the push of a button fold up its wings and drive down the road. More details about The Transition here.

The company said that there are already more than 70 pre-ordered units for Terrafugia Transition for the anticipated price of $194,000 with a fully-refundable $10,000 airframe reservation deposit. That’s a huge amount of money though, nevertheless – it’s exciting to see these cars flying in the air!
