A new Twitter “Tweet” button has been launched the other day allowing readers to share web contents easier.
The button is almost similar to that of TweetMeme; however, there are added features to Twitter’s own button. The button will let your readers share links directly from the page they are on. Check out the video below to learn how it works.
If you are a web publisher, you can add Tweet Button by Twitter on your website. Installing is very easy. You will only customize your button appearance, add a customized Tweet text to be included on the re-tweet, or even suggest a default URL to be tweeted. As you can see at the beginning of this post, the button has a number beside it indicating how many times a post had been re-tweeted. Once you click on the Tweet Button above, a tweet box will appear pre-populated with a title of this post, shortened link of this post, and my Twitter profile (@BertPadilla).
You can get your Tweet Button here.
