YouTube 502 Server Error… Again (July 14, 2010)

If you are going to visit YouTube as of this writing, you would notice that it’s currently down.
The same problem encountered last May. It says:

Server Error

The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

If you happen to encounter the same issue, it’s because Google might shut off servers for maintenance or censorship. One reader commented on my previous post saying that this server error usually last for less than 10 minutes.

I’m sure YouTube will be up again in the next few minutes.

Update: YouTube is now up and running. If you still encounter YouTube 502 Server Error, you can use these 5 ways to check if the website is really down or not.
